VIVREAU LAUNCHES NEW “GREENER” BOTTLER AT HOSPITALITY SHOW Hundreds of the nation’s most discerning diners will quench their thirst with Vivreau water at the Hospitality Show later this month. The exhibition’s exclusive restaurant – La Parade des Chefs – will be serving up fresh and environmentally positive still and sparkling water using the latest Vivreau Mk3 Bottler system. Vivreau’s upgraded Bottler system, the Mk3, does everything that its highly successful predecessor does - it dispenses unlimited quantities of purified, chilled, still and sparkling water into re-usable designer glass bottles and it uses high performance Ice bank refrigeration technology to deliver very high volumes of chilled water - but the Mk3’s performance has been boosted whilst its energy consumption has been reduced. The Mk3 achieves a 15% increase in chilled water throughput compared to the Vivreau Mk2 system, yet the improved design of its internal motors provides a 20% energy saving in stand by mode and 25% when operating at full power compared to its predecessor. The figures are even more impressive when compared to a competitor’s unit. The Mk3 demonstrated a colossal 52% saving when operating at full power whilst dispensing 83% more volume of chilled water at a continuous flow. There are three designs for the MK3 all giving the same great performance: a stand alone floor standing unit, a specially designed under-counter model and thirdly our space saving version, which can be installed in component form. Vivreau has seen a three-fold increase in enquiries from caterers, restaurants and hotel keepers about its Bottler system over the past twelve months, a trend that has been amplified by the current economic climate and growing concern for the environment. Vivreau’s customers in the hospitality trade are making substantial cost savings and are reducing their carbon footprint by eliminating the need for pre-bottled mineral waters that have often travelled hundreds of miles to reach the table. This also does away with the headache of disposing of large quantities of glass waste as well as relieving the pressure on refrigerated storage. Vivreau has even managed to ensure that 90% of the packaging for the Mk3 is saved and re-used. The improved energy and performance of the Mk3 Bottler are matched by a host of clever and innovative design features added for the ease of serviceability and maintenance, making the Vivreau Bottler a better bet than ever. |
